ENOLI Earth for Growth est une organisation à but non lucratif qui vise à soutenir les petits entrepreneurs dans les secteurs de l’agriculture, de l’agroalimentaire et du développement durable, sur le continent africain.
Nous nous efforçons de renforcer l’autonomie de votre petite entreprise ou de votre industrie en :
Giving you access to useful information on locally available and affordable technology.
Offering advice on small budget solutions to scale-up production, develop your marketing and communication tools, improve your distribution and logistic system.
Creating an active network of like-minded professionals and individuals who would like to contribute and exchange ideas and techniques to help small-scale farmers and food producers grow their business on a local, regional or even global level.
And last but not least, facilitating communication and inter-regional trade between Anglophone and Francophone Africa.

Admission / Who is the association open to?
All professionals working or having previously worked in any African country, in the fields of agriculture, food processing, marketing and distribution, hygiene and quality control, research, teaching associations, generally anyone interested in these fields are welcome to join us!
Meet our team
Annette

Annette was born in Accra to a Ghanaian mother and French father. She spent her childhood in Ghana but also lived France, the US and Cameroon.
After graduating with a degree in Textiles Design and Production management she has accumulated 25 experience in the field, occupying positions in production management, quality control, marketing and is currently working for an international corporation as buyer
specialized in procurement and services for government and administrative tenders.
She went on to acquire an MBA and co-founded her own business organizing educational workshops for children and teens in arts, science and sustainability issues. She recently furthered her education by landing a degree in sustainable project management, with the aim of creating a sustainable venture in Ghana.
Myriam

Born in Paris from a French mother and a Tunisian father, Myriam has always lived in a multicultural environment. Her strong interest for human sciences drove her to study sociology and psychology, completed by a human resources degree.
At the head of a headhunters and recruitment agency, she has developed her expertise in business consulting for companies of any size and business sector.
Her very practical sense of business allows her to identify quickly clients’ needs, satisfy them and build long-lasting professional relationships.
Steven

Steven had his education in Ghana, England and Germany resulting in a University degree in Computer Science. This has strengthened his social competence and given him the opportunity to implement and direct international IT projects successfully.
As a technical lead, he is proficient in different online technologies, which also involves the project life-cycle management, functional and technical specifications of web applications. The technologies are based on e-commerce platforms for online marketing and internet business strategies.
